Jumpei Kashima, MD

Dr. Kashima obtained his MD degree in The University of Tokyo. He has completed junior residency in internal medicine and senior residency in surgical pathology at Tokyo Metropolitan Cancer and Infectious Diseases Center Komagome Hospital. He is currently working at Division of Pathology, National Cancer Center Hospital, Japan.
Dr. Kashima is a member of The Japanese Society of Pathology, The Japanese Society of Clinical Cytology, Japanese Society of Medical Oncology, and The Japan Lung Cancer Society.
Dr. Kashima’s main clinical and research interests include diagnostic and prognostic marker of thoracic malignancies. He received ITMIG Barbara Niebauer Award in 2018.
