The 9th International Thymic Malignancy Interest Group Annual Meeting (ITMIG 2018) was held from October 24th to 27th, 2018 in Seoul, Korea. During the meeting, it was a great honor for the editorial team of Mediastinum to conduct a brief interview with the current president of ITMIG (2018–2020) Prof. Edith Marom from the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, the Chaim Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer, Israel to share the highlights of the meeting as well as her plan and goal for the organization.
